Effie’s Inc., The Shoppes at Lendon

Effie’s Inc. brought its signature luxury shopping experience to Huntsville with a new location at The Shoppes at Lendon, expanding from its established Homewood and Tuscaloosa locations. Arcspace developed the floor plan, interior elevations, and complete construction drawing set for permitting and construction of the retail fit-out. Throughout the design process, Arcspace worked closely with the Effie’s team to translate the brand’s established aesthetic into the new Huntsville location while adapting it to the unique space. Drawing on the team’s experience with their existing stores, we refined the layout to create an intuitive flow, maximize merchandising opportunities, and provide an elevated, welcoming environment for luxury shopping.
