Five Points Craftsman

An existing Craftsman-style home in the historic district of Five Points needed a new Master Suite within the existing footprint as well as an addition of a screened-in porch with a fireplace located at the rear of the residence. The Master Suite was created by combining the existing office and one existing bedroom and incorporated a new ensuite bathroom so the owners could have their own separate space for when guests are staying with them. This new design included a new laundry closet and updates to the one existing bathroom.  The screened-in back patio has a flexible space for the owners to entertain or enjoy an evening relaxing by the outside fireplace.
