Imagine Inc. Office Building

This office building was designed for a forward thinking builder. It  was configured and sited for optimum passive solar advantage on an infill site. The site features permeable drives and parking areas, bioswales, and a generous use of native and drought-tolerant plants. Various roof planes serve different purposes hosting solar panels, harvesting rainwater, and containing flats of plant media. The roof and walls are comprised of ICFs, SIPs, and enhanced convention wood framing. This project was designed to be a net zero/LEED platinum facility. The desired outcome of the project was to introduce customers and the public to sustainable construction through demonstration of a socially responsible and healthy work environment.
