Ninety acres of lightly developed land was the setting for this project.  A new drive was designed to meander to the house site while capturing vistas along the way. A serene tree acre lake was created at the low part of the site, with a bridge to cross it and a dam to control flow. A pump house moves water from the lake to three uphill filtration ponds, which are connected by a manmade stream which looks completely natural. An equipment barn, an aquaponics greenhouse, a compost shed, and a lakeside pavilion support activities on site. A proposed workshop will complete support facilities.
