Urban Brownstone

Unrealized

Two brownstone buildings, one consisting of six unit and the other consisting of eight units were designed for a Traditional Neighborhood Development in Huntsville. One building was designed in a traditional vernacular while the other was designed in a more contemporary style. The two units however share the same plan layouts. All units have garages accessed via an alley. Their fronts embrace the street with stoops that spill onto tree lines sidewalks and upper level balconies and roof terraces permit both close and distant views.
